I have been managing food allergies since my daughter, Molly, was diagnosed 7 years ago with multiple severe food allergies. Over the years I have developed tools, strategies and mindsets to support my daughter’s physical health and emotional well-being. I have informally offered coaching and support to friends and acquaintances who are facing similar issues - initial diagnosis, safety at daycare, transitioning to Kindergarten, and dealing with the unique challenges of daily life with a special diet.
I love working with parents and children. I love coaching anyone who is open to growing through what they’re going through. I do this professionally, as an educator, and want to offer my support and services more widely as a recently certified Allercoach.
My business is called FACTS Coach - FACTS is an acronym for Food Allergy Consultation, Training, and Support. I am here for a quick chat, for specific tools, for training, and for ongoing coaching and support. Bring me your questions, concerns, worries, and fears. We are in this together and I’d love to support you in any way. Managing food allergies can feel isolating. But my experience shows me that with education, support, and resources, allergies can also allow us to connect more deeply with ourselves, our health, and our community.
